Understanding our guidelines for check-in, accessibility, and general expectations helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please contact us with any questions about our policies prior to making a reservation.

At the time of booking, guests are provided with the opportunity to purchase travel insurance to help protect their reservation against certain unexpected circumstances. Guests are encouraged to carefully review the coverage, terms, and conditions of any travel insurance policy before purchasing.

Kohala Village Inn reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the Inn is required to close or is unable to operate due to circumstances beyond its control, including a pandemic, government-mandated closure, natural disaster, or other uncontrollable event.

If the Inn must close or cancel reservations due to such circumstances, vouchers for a future stay will be issued in place of refunds. Voucher terms and expiration dates will be provided at the time of issuance.
